I have one for sale though it doesn't quite meet your spec, being older (52 plate), more miles (84k) and petrol ... in all other respects its perfect ... :)
Probably cheaper mind.

I have an '07 320d and the turbo let go at 47K miles, which is apparently not uncommon on these 163bhp pre-LCI models.
Covered under my warranty, but something to consider?
Clutch Judder is also a very common fault on the E90's.
Not sure if was ever a recall though.
Not to your spec, but here's my fully loaded and immaculate E46 320d se with 29k miles!

It's 2005, last of the E46 models.
All sorted as I have now got the 325i, silky smooth engine and all the usual bells and whistles so very pleased, just needs a trip to the ICE men and a little privacy applied to the back 3, plates changed and itll be spot on
