    PRS-25 Video

Despite getting called into work today (on a day off  ) I managed to find some time, before darkness descended, to cobble together and upload to YouTube a very unprofessional video of my Everest for those of you who do not (yet) have one. You'll notice I hope:

    • The gorgeous, thick acrylic crystal[/*:m:9upbnj0w]
    • The smoothness of the second hand on the Miyota movement[/*:m:9upbnj0w]
    • The shapeliness of case[/*:m:9upbnj0w]
    • The size compared a watch many of you will have handled, a Sub 16610[/*:m:9upbnj0w]
    • The fact I cannot focus[/*:m:9upbnj0w]
    • That I sliced my thumb on a stanley knife[/*:m:9upbnj0w]

Thanks, good video. Only issue is that the PRS-25 is running at least a second ahead of the sub :D

Rubbish. Next time get the second hands coordinated.

Joking. It was rubbish because you didn't give us a wrist shot.

Calm down. I enjoyed it immensely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the size of the PRS-25 compared to the sub and I love the domed crystal. Thanks for posting.

My pleasure, glad you all enjoyed it. I was going to do a commentary but I bottled it. I'll leave it to those far more knowledgeable than I to put words to Eddie's creations.

I did shoot another one of the PRS-25 alongside my iPhone showing that it's -4 seconds in 6 days. I'll maybe put that up tomorrow.

    Cheers

It's a fantastic way of showing the rounded lines of the case - good of you to do it!

    Thanks for the video

Its a lovely watch but your comparision with the Rolex has confirmed its a tad small for my wrist. I've been agonising over whether to buy one

I've also been agonising over whether to buy one and your most-excellent vid has just persuaded me to do it.

Not sure I should thank you though cos I have no money - but thanks anyway. I'll have to sell a couple first though, but which ones :?:

If only my bloody heating hadn't cost me for a repair this week

    Cheers,

Nice video, thanks for doing it.

The Smiths looks hefty next to the Sub, needed to remind myself that the Sub isn't that big a watch by modern standards

No audio? How about reading ewan.w's review and editing it to the vid?

Thanks for the video, much better than just still shots. It gave a very good presentation of how the watch looks.

    Re: PRS-25 Video

After a "software glitch" my video of the fantastic Smiths Everest PRS-25 is back up on YouTube, there's another video up there too. I wonder who did that? :D
