Not bad! 8)
Is that a TSS watch strap?
:D
But 16610 at home so tried it on my SMP
What you think?
So tried to put the tan strap on my 16610 but can't get bracelet off? bit of pressure on front of end link and used bergeon to supress pins but won't budge, any ideas be good :)
So thought try a tan strap on my Precision ( I bought 3 tan straps, thin, med and thick) thin looks great on a vintage omega, med maybe bit thick for the precision?
Think the thick will look great on the 16610 if I can get it on :?

Is that a TSS watch strap?
I dont like, I am sorry :(
Me either sorry....but if you do that's all that matters :DOriginally Posted by feilersen

Great chunky strap perfect for my dive watches ( that don't dive :D )

I like tan leather on most things but really can't see it going with the blue dial. MHO.
Looks like a nice combo, congrats!
Would look sweet on that!

Post pics when you do it though
I think it will be a good combo! interesting if anything else :D , i tried a Seamaster Pro with a bracelet once and it never fit me just right so maybe a strap is perfect for that watch.

Hard to tell from this picture as the blue dial & bezel almost look black. It is an interesting combination. I like steel bracelets on tool watches better.
not for me. Blue and brown reminds me of late 70's Coventry City :?
Strap/watch combo fail in every respect.
Looks bloody awful, sorry. BUt try it on the 16610 it can't be any worst than on the SMP! :P
(lovely watch by the way, the strap looks ok to, but just not together!)
It's a great looking strap but not so hot on the Omega.
Yeah I have to say those colours don't go together, IMHO
Big fan of Tan leather straps ,looks good to me.

Bracelet or rubber for me.
great looking watch, great looking strap but they don't work together.
just my view.
The only thing that works for me with the SMP is the OEM steel bracelet... And nothing else!
I think it will look great on a 16610 though. (controversial!)
As long as you like it that's what matters
Not for me I'm afraid.
Nice strap but I don't like the combo.

I think that strap looks lovely on the precision, it tones really well with the dial, I have to say though, it just looks plain wrong on the SMP and I'm pretty sure it will look just as wrong on the Sub.
Its a real knock out on that Rolex Precision!

can you please show us the buckle, and can i please have the linky? :)
Not got a Rolex buckle yet is the standard brushed stainless steel on it at the mo.Originally Posted by esm

This one is the "TSS XR Matt Alligator Deep Padded Leather"
but I have the "TSS 'M16' Matt Alligator Grain Padded" on my vintage Omega and its bit thiner and think it will fit better on the DJs and my Pricision
Looks great on the Rolex Precision, not so great on the Omega.

Who cares about that strap, only have eyes for that fantastic precision.
Steel and champaign dial. Gorgeous watch.
With a bullit on my wishlist.
Tan strap on rolex works really well and i even still like it on smp !
OK no for Omega SMP
What about 1950s Omega on Tan 8)
not sure if I like it but Omega on tan is ok.
Looks lovely on that Precision. Good job! Seems to bring out the warm gold dial colour.
Definite NO NO for the Omega from me
But a deffo YES for the Rolex combo 8)
Looks good to me,always fan of tan straps
I like the strap but not on those watches. Also, whenever I've tried any strap on a Sub, the unfinished area between the lugs which is revealed by removing the end links just looks bloody awful - IMHO!
there are custom made end link for the Sub now...Originally Posted by RobDad
