Love those transparent hands, Bob.
Bob, are those see-through hands on the fj1?
Cool concept 8) .
It's midsummer celebrations today here in Sweden and it will likely be wet in more than one way today  .
So I'll go with something rugged that can deal with that (and deflect small/medium sized asteroids) .

Can't get the BM off my wrist this week... 8)
Bob, I like that one, one of your best, those hands really are great.
Steve, thats a great pic of your Black monster, I love the way that you can see the glow of the lume even in broad daylight just at thge edge under the shadow of the case.
I'm wearing a cheapo Adidas 200m diver, I put a MOD dial in so the looks are passable, but the main word for this watch is CHEAP :-)

Well spotted - that's exactly it. The lume is so intense you can often see it in broad daylight. There's no downside to this watch - it is absolutely gorgeous. I may have to marry it.Originally Posted by siggy

Oris for me today
Your new "Folly" is most striking Bob and the dial, to me at least, is your most original design so far. I like it very much.

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
As I was telling 'Dave E' (when we met up) ... I used to have a Citizen which did just that, when the lume was loaded ... it used to glow even in daylight ... and frighten small children whenever near a shadow ... I must say, I used to think it was cool. 8)Originally Posted by Steve264

Nice hands Bob! Now you need to work on the signature ... looks like FUDJ ... FUDGE.

THIN is the new BLACK
Thanks for the comments, folks. The watch was to try out the hands.. ;)
The problem was to see how one could use hands taking an infill on a watch without any luminous markers. (I have a definite lack of good, wide, blued steel hands.) I had been thinking about color washes (thin, translucent, colours). And then the penny dropped.
I put the "f&j" there because there was a lot of space, and I've been told a number of times that I need something other than the 3 cubes. I thought I would give it a try. The "f&j" stands for "flotsam & jetsam". :)
Best wishes,
Bob

I'm wearing my PRS-14 on a new watchadoo lumpy bracelet today. We moved into our new house last Friday and since we have a pond with some pebbles around it I thought I'd try a photo there this morning (not copying anyone elses style honest ;)).

Happy Friday all.
Decided to have a change from the Sinn656 for the weekend, let's be fair, it's just about the only watch I've worn for five months! So I had a root amongst this lot..................
....and decided I am long overdue for something shiny, so chose this........
............and I still haven't sold any to help fund a UX, and now the DN GMT has reared it's head
