One of my favourites. As much as I can appreciate the various Rolex Divers, I see so many of them all the time in Canary Wharf, that to see something like this would be a refreshing and welcome change. I love the details, a really smashing piece.
Andy I love this watch and thanks for the photos - It's on my 'want' list totally lovely - For me this has everything - quality company, inhouse movt, and sporty design.
ps not sure about it on the bremont strap think its own strap is miles better!

Lovely looking watch, JLC are moving up my want list!
Stuck a Hirsch Medici on the Navy SEAL's this morning.
Not the easiest strap to fit, even with the adjustable "core" at the lug end, but the curved ends fit to the case is nice & tight - even better than the JLC strap the watch came on, which is now going to be safely preserved in pristine condition.

Andy, that is a superb looking piece that you have got yourself :)
And imo I like it on the Bremont strap.
The 1,000 hr test is a unique test and again in my opinion beats the COSC test hands down. Just do a google search and you would realise how very little the COSC actually tests!
Enjoy it for many years to come.
And by the way your photos are absolutely stunning. :)

Tony
Looks cracking on the Hirsch. Lovely looking watch tbh, understated enough that a chav wouldn't look at it twice ;]
(Nice photos btw)
Simply one of the best looking out there.
Striking and understated at the same time....if such a thing is possible.
I prefer this to the two-crown version.
Top quality. I have wanted one for long.
Wipe that smile off your face now
JLC's are really nice, looks better on the jlc strap

I am going to go out tonight and convince the best looking bird to come home with me. When I get her home and she has slowly stripped down to her no doubt super sexy (although possibly slightly sweaty) undies I will nip in to the bog and sort myself out.Originally Posted by andy tims

Totally understand preserving full sets, but I wouldn't do so at the expense of wearing a poor imitation on whilst in my ownership. Get it back on that sublime strap Andy. If you were to ever flog it, the buyer could always splash out on a new one.
The craftsmanship is stunning on this one. It really looks like its a cut above the average luxury diver watch.
Very nice :D ...
Very 8) . Great pics .
I've just tried this on at the jlc boutique on bond st. It's a beautiful watch. I think the size is spot on, the uncluttered dial really works for me and it seemed brilliantly versatile - I would gladly wear it with a suit as well as on the weekend.
If I had this and my 99.1 I'd be a very happy chap.
No way can I afford one brand new so hopefully I'll be able to pick one up in a year or two on SC....
Fantastic !!
How does quality compare to, say, a sea dweller?
Very nice. Always liked the simplicity of the design on this model.
Stunning photos and watch Andy!
I always think the sign of a good watch is how often you wear it in the first couple of weeks, if it's everyday including bedtime, then you've found a truly great watch!
Very nice watch..if only it was a little cheaper

Seriously dude putting it on that Bremont velcro was a stroke of genius. I absolutely love that. Well done and enjoy!Originally Posted by andy tims

Shortly after buying mine i put an order in for a 99.1, i'm still pinching myself & as long as the wife doesn't work out the total cost i will be a very happy man come May 2012. :)Originally Posted by learningtofly

Just love the simple look of this one. Congrats.
Lovely photos mate. I own this watch and currently have it on an Isofrane, I also have JLC rubber strap for it and it looks very cool on that I suggest you keep your eye out for one.
I can tell you that this watch is simply amazing, fit , finish , weight , durability and timekeeping are simply superb, typical JLC.
The only thing that could tempt me away from my mine is the JLC Tribute to Polaris .
I will post some camera phone shots soon.

Here you go ( 6 3/4 inch wrist) , not as good as the OP's but took them while I should be working ;-)Originally Posted by jubbaa

Apologies - just seen this. I'm incredibly envious of you! Have my 99.1 on today so might pop down to jlc at lunch to see how the two go together..Originally Posted by luckyal
