:D Tuna's are cool, nothing wrong with quartz, especially a really good one, they have their advantages over mechanical and in divers its nice not to have to unscrew the crown very often.

Great advice, his straps look really good on a Tuna. Absolutly nothing wrong with a quartz.

One of the great things about the Tuna is that it works surprisingly well on a range of straps. I have left mine on a Toshi as that suits me perfectly!

Both the watch and the strap were sourced from SC.

Had my 007 variant for a few months now and it has knocked everything off my wrist.

Been badly Hankering after a Seiko bracelet for it but that Tosh looks great.

    You will love it

    Enjoy

Just a small update after 5 days with the super cool Tuna ,wears really nice ,the ticking is taking a bit of getting used to,after auto`s for me for a while ,I set it with the atomic clock nearly a week ago and it hasn`t gained or lost a second in that time. Unbeliavable accuracy for what I paid ,these really are high end movements from Seiko.Loving this watch at the moment.

Congrats on the SBBN007 - great pick-up! :bounce:
The venerable 7C46 that powers the Tunas is nothing to be frowned upon.
It's hand-assembled in Japan, more expensive to make than a mechanical 6R15, and it's been around since the 80s with a reputation for being super-durable.
You don't have to take my word for it. Do some research and you'll find out why it's awesome. :D

Personally, I prefer the SBBN007 on rubber, as it contrasts well with the stainless steel bezel inlay.

a rubber or leather will do as well..

Great looking watches those tunas. Agree there's nothing wrong with a decent quartz, good to keep setting the autos by.
