0 instead of inverted triangle?

So call me sad if you like, I've been playing Call of Duty Black Ops and the character you play in the game is wearing a military style watch but instead of the normal inverted triangle at the 12 o'clock position there is a zero, with the 0,3,6 and 9 being noticeably larger than the 1,2,4,5,7,8,10 and 11. So my question is, did any military watch dial have this configuration?

I am not aware of an issued watch ... they were prob referring to the Hamilton Below Zero.
