    Re: The Burlington Arcade

I have purchased a watch from the Burlington arcade before, for a new watch it was considerably cheaper than from an AD. However I have also sold a watch and took quite a loss, as expected when you go to any dealers however I have noticed that any Limited Editions seem to be heavily overpriced from BA.

Love popping in to the Burlington Arcade on our monthly trips into London.
I believe the Vintage watch company has the largest display of Rolex in the world and owner David Silver is a real gentleman.
As for the prices they are truly eye watering there are several other dealers selling new and old.
As for the shoe shine I believe £10 is the going rate tip included..

They will certainly be in short supply for the month’s ahead. So many Rolex not enough gullible buyers, what is a watch shop keeper too do!

If you master the search engine you might find that at least one of your assertions is likely completely false.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

When the forum starts reminiscing about someone’s trip to the Burlington arcade nine years ago, you know the lockdown cabin fever is really starting to kick in...

Ah well there’s always the Dual Forum IDs thread, that should keep us amused.
