I have one, bought with an agreeable discount from Banks Lyon. It instantly went into my top 5 watches. The fit and finish are superb and the micro adjuster on the bracelet is great for our changing weather. I've got an eye out for someone selling the rubber strap to give me a change of look.

Looks fantastic, I'm always drawn to a white dial.

    My two current Omega's.

Was very close to parting ways with the AT a few months back but the sale fell through, and I'm happy I decided to keep it.

Funny, mine has been revitalised by the Forstner flat link and so I am wearing mine much more often as well!

Mine was on this. That Forstner looks great. Was thinking of getting a JR cordura strap.

This would be my choice of a omega, not sure I have the wrist size for it though. I love the look of it.

Whilst I know nothing about sailing, boats or anything maritime, nor do I need a count down timer I really like the look of this and the new Omega strap release button looks nifty (although limits your strap choice to theirs I would guess)
What does the slide on the side of the case do? Is it a bezel lock?

The slider switch on the case locks the chronograph buttons so they can't be inadvertently pressed. It's a great idea to ensure the watch stays waterproof.

The release system is built into the strap and bracelet. Normal spring bars can be fitted for different straps which is a brilliant solution.

Ah right that is cool the
Better than the fiddly screw down pushers I have on my CSAR.
Good news about the straps as well.
    It’s a lovely looking watch

My Omega family all together for the first time, I think I would be quite happy if this was the sole extent of my collection.

I tried an arty shot but it didn’t work...

Don’t get the benefit of that when the PO chronograph has a 600m water resistance and you can operate the chronograph underwater. I would hazard a guess that it’s cheaper too.

Is it for waterproof-ness, or to avoid it being pushed while already running and measuring something critical?

    Thanks!

To be honest it doesn't get a great deal of wrist time these days, so it's kept it's condition from the last Omega service 7yrs ago.

There's an annoying scuff on the bezel which the photo doesn't show though!
