Just got a jet black BMW X1 xDrive 18d Sport auto until my 320d M Sport Touring becomes available. I had it as a stop gap but I'm really liking it and not too keen to let it go now :-)

Never mind the Pantera - there's a Daytona in there too!

I keep coming back to those photos.
powder coated or not, this is a fantastic engine, and very underrated, as was the GTA itself

Is that a Lusso in the foreground of the first pic?

Looks like a smattering of Fulvias, Rovers, Jaguars - possibly a Fiat Dino Spider on the right at the back of the 2nd pic...

We did that as a family in the '60s in my dad's old '59 Anglia. The road wasn't fully metalled then. I vividly remember a heavy lorry coming down as we went up. Him on one side, a 50deg slope into nothingness on the other. A very tight fit.

Yep, will update on how it goes. Got it from a Honda dealer as it seems a specialist car so wanted the backing of a Honda warranty to be honest.

    G35 6speed

Not a special import but hard to find with this package. Special exhaust, brembo package.

New one does not tempt me

It was called the 335 killer on release but I'm not so sure. 67K miles still

Congrats, they are a brilliant car to drive. I got rid of mine in favour of a Porsche 911 and regretted it constantly. The M3 was a better car in just about every way possible. I'd never have another Porsche.

Lots of lovely exotica in this thread, to change the pace a little I've just ordered a brand new... Skoda Kodiak. Not the most glamorous of wheels, but it's fully loaded with all the toys and the boot is big enough to take all the skis/bikes/camping kit I can throw at it. Hopefully I'll take it for a run down to the Austrian Alps in January.

That sounds like my kind of car. To drop it down even further, my current ride is the number 14 bus!

    Day to day a 2004 Mercedes E500. Nothing beats a 5l V8 that returns less than 20mpg.

For fun though, mainly this -

A Ginetta G50 GT4 car. Next outing is Donington this Thursday.

She's an absolute beauty. Perfect colour combo too. I sold one a few years ago and regret it all the time (and it wasn't as nice as yours!).

Thank you , I'm very pleased with her .
She has all the bells and whistles that you can expect including the upgraded leather seats and roof lining .
Believe it or not I'm the second owner it had 65 miles on her when I collected her last November.
She is being loved and nurtured .... sad ol git aren't I !
But you are only here once and there are no pockets on a shroud !!

I bet the first owner was a JLR employee! Nice car, though the 90 bobs a bit vs the 110.
