Stooo, is right it was the hand over the salesman parked it up next to my S2000 I was trading in
I got the same money back what I paid for the S2000 2 years before from Honda
I've had so many people say its the batmobile :)

Fair enough, I didn't notice the majority of other cars were Honda.

Just leased this at Ł123 a month as a family runaround.

    I really cannot fault it.

The original panda 4x4 was theee car to have when I stayed in the Alps. It's light weight and super skinny tyres made it more capable than defenders and the like. That new one looks pretty funky.

I'd be interested in a report on how you find that. I loved my previous type R. If this one is as much fun then I might force myself to get over the styling.

Looks even better when you have to use an F31 to start it because the battery failed!

My current daily, a '93 Toyota Celica ST182. Its been a big change from my previous cars which were all british (Triumph Dolomites, Acclaim and a TR7) then a Metro when I got my current job where I do 15k miles/year.

The Celica is excellent, not that fast by todays standards, but enough, electric everything that still works, revvy engine and great boot/rear space. And pop up lights

I was remorselessly butchered on here when I posted a sale ad for my Merc...which was fair and funny as it was a desperately crappy ad! However, it has successfully been moved on and I now have this new monster, though I'll not be posting pictures of the local car washing blokes again...: M3, F80.

Your photography skills have improved, no sign of a builders bum anywhere.

    Agreed. I prefer the m3. I also preferred the e90 m3 saloon to the e92 m3 coupe.

Lovely, I do like an M3 having had two previously.

I can't sleep I'm picking up my new M135i later as my new daily driver to go with the VX220.

First new car I've had in 9 years :)

Congrats mines currently sitting at 'EU port of exit' ETA 1-2 week of Jan.

Absolute bargin considering the performance! Convinced me to hold onto some funds and not pick a car in the true AMG/M/RS divisions

Cheers, I agree I think along with the Golf R it's the performance bargain of the moment but the deal I got on it put it into another level.

Mate of mine is an accountant and had a 420d GC on order. When I emailed him the numbers for a second opinion he cancelled the 4 and ordered one as well.

Did briefly look at the R but overall preferred the 1 so didn't go into the costing too much from memory the R was good on face value but as soon as I loaded it with options the price difference became clear!

    I did get around 23% off the M135i on a 12,000pa 4yr PCP

A few of us with the M135i it seems.

It wasn't on my radar until I realised the discounts available.

I test drove all the hot hatches with the exception of the Golf R which wasn't really available at the time, it suited my requirements perfectly plus that engine!

Well over a year in and I'm still very happy with it.

I'm sure the Golf R is very nice and I would have been impressed but I'm very happy with my choice :)

My deal is similar, I got 7000 off the car on a 4 year PCP.

Long drive home I'm almost too tired to sleep now.
