They are still dropping, £10k or below for a bad one, £13-15k for a good one and £20k for the best of the best. Facebook groups is surprisingly where most of these actually get sold.

Thanks, the carbon fibre, m performance body kit is great, especially on a dark coloured car.

You’re right, last time I looked they were holding well.

They are looking really good value now, and a well looked after one is surprisingly cheap to run.

I ran one for 3 years as a daily driver, so I beg to differ... for what it is it’s not bad.

When your spending as much on 'upgrades' and track days as the car cost in the first place it all becomes irrellavent!
Compared top other stuff ive got parts and sevice items are a welcome relief!

They're fine as long as you don't drive them, I had a new one back in 2008 but got rid of it after less than a year as I was doing £400 a month in fuel just commuting, even driving it like an old Woman, which is the not the idea with an 'M' Car, I could still only get 22mpg. What an engine though, amazing top end surge of power and a NA V8 that red lined at 8400 rpm, just sublime.

I've been titivating mine a little whenever I get the chance!

The most recent jobs were LED bulbs all around and replaced the non factory short shifter with a factory one.

It's improved the action of the gear change immensely. Still my daily driver

Cars are definitely my passion - currently driving a V8 Audi S5. The last of the NA V8 4.2l engines before they changed to the V6. For me I'd happily drive a £12-15k V8 that does 20 mpg Vs leasing some boring diesel VAG at £500/mnth. Even worse I had a friend who just paid £16 or 18k cash to buy a citreon Picasso outright 🤮 I don't think I could ever spend my hard earned money on that depreciating time bomb. Give me an older more reliable V8 that guzzles juice but doesnt have the reliability problems of a modern diesel. Plus it's a V8. 😁

Hope this isn't too OT but it relates to my new car. The sat nav, predictive cruise control and other functions on my Audi a4 Avant stopped working yesterday. I rang Audi and they said that it's a global 'connect' issue that Audi are dealing with. Any other Audi drivers having such issues?

Having been out of a fun car for over 2 years owing to a first house purchase. The opportunity presented its self to buy a cheap runaround to get my daughter from school and to give is more freedom so we have 2 cars as a family. It started with good intentions of buying a chap electric 4 door car and ended up with a smart roadster brabus... I’ll have this little go kart for 12-18 months before moving on to the originally intended car (m2 Comp).

Now my kids have finally grown out of prams . I want to sell the Cayenne and get one of these. Supposedly defy the laws of physics with how fun they are to drive.

Not until Saturday, which is collection date. The pea green one above was something I came across on recent US travels. A bit of a leg pull. You might have spotted the position of the steering wheel and the NH plate (Live free or die).

It's all relative. Compared with a diesel i10, yes it is expensive, but it's not Lamborghini or Ferrari expensive.

One of my neighbours has been through 4 Porsches in the last 3 years, (2 Cayennes, 2 Panameras) now on his 5th (this time a Macan Turbo, 1 week old ) hoping he will NOW be spared from glitches that the local AD's 'it's not un-normal' answers.... (always been Infotainment issues !)

Have told him get into an X3 M40i instead....

Is the detailer going to do anything about the large amount of orange peel on the wheel arch?

I picked up my V6 petrol Macan about 8 months ago. The car has been almost faultless and a hoot to drive. It is swift away from the line but amazing from 30 through 70. It feels very solid and oozes quality. My work commute is a busy A road, and it has averaged 28mpg since new. I don't often drive in full-on mode, but succumb to tje temptation now and again. The one glitch was a "requires attention but safe to drive" message that flashed up one evening when parking. It disappeared after a few miles the next day and a swift fly by my local dealership showed nothing on the computer.
It carries my 3 kids and gf with all the associated paraphernalia, and every journey feels special.
I would totally recommend, especially after 6 years in JLR tackle.

It was a genuine question, what’s the point in Winthorpe III paying for 4 stages when the orange peel patches are ruining stage 1? My current car was wet sanded to get rid of the patches and then detailed.

I can see it clear as day in the pic so it must look very obvious in real life.

VW used to do a Mk 2 & 3 Golf GTi in a similar colour, which was gorgeous.

I always wanted one, but ended up compromising with a metallic black in the end. The 'want' is still there!

    Love the colour.

    It's certainly not a boring rep-mobile!

I had a mark 2 Golf GTI in Oak Green metallic in the early 90's. Lovely car, still miss it sometimes.
