Interesting that it is on a strap ... makes it look less of a fashion item.
She looks like a WIS to me. She can play with my watches anyday.

[Did a quick search and couldn't find reference to this here (only to Margaret Beckett, and "Castle" appears so many times in so many different topics I didn't bother), so...]
Anyone familiar with the US TV show "Castle" ? Main character Kate Beckett wears a Speedmaster. Often prominently seen on her wrist (wonder if Omega sponsors). In a recent episode it itself played a minor role as she lost it (it was her father's) and was returned at end of episode.
As image is too large to be shown on here I've give the URL of the best photo I've found of it yet.

Ummm... ya, I did say it was a Speedmaster. :scratch:Originally Posted by WORKSIMON
And yes, it is on a black strap. I wonder how they picked the Speedmaster as "THE" watch to use. One of the writers a WIS? Though I do know there is actually a person that the TV and movie industry consults that recommends about 90% (according to her) of the glasses and sunglasses used in film. And I do know that the creator of Broadarrow.net is consulted sometimes for the proper watch(es) to use in military movies. So, is there a "go-to" consultant for watches in general?
Omega Speedmaster. Definetely. Reduced model meybe...

Gotta love women who have good taste in watches... :D
There must be some wis somewhere involved somehow.
Last night an episode was aired with a whole scene centered on an 18k Rolex President. The brand was named and shown in frame; only just short of closeup.
Do you ever think that someone might think that we are really weird ones?

Sure, just like the people paying through the nose for a little croc or polo symbol on their shirt or childish CH printing all over a bag/purse :wink:Originally Posted by odgreen
Anyway, the serie definitely has wis-interest attached sómewhere. Maybe just one scriptwriter, but there is sómething.
