Strange looking watch, unlike any Seamaster I've ever seen.

Interesting looking piece, but I can't find anything like it anywhere else. Is it real?
TIA
Duncan
Strange looking watch, unlike any Seamaster I've ever seen.
Looks a bit like a quartz lobster, but I'm still not finding any evidence that such a thing exists.
Looks legit to me, would guess mid-late 80s and def midsize. However, 2mm thick ? :drunken:
Never saw that design, however Omega made several dresswatches you don't see daily.
yep its a real model..though not 100% sure he has material correct, nor that its a limited edition of any kind..though i suspect maybe a short production.. and i thought they were ' Hard metal ' cases.
Will check and confirm...

Thanks Keith
There are some quartz date Polaris models that seem similar, but nothing I've seen with that case or bracelet.
I thought I might find a companion for the lobster you sold me :-)
erm...am i missing something? titanium? the clasp is marked as stainless
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
I remember these from the late 80's or early 90's as far as I remember the movement is fitted to the case back using it as a plate to save space and make it thin. But as far as I know its still thicker than 2mm. Omega basicly used the same movement and idea as the Concord Dilirium that was 1,98mm thick then.

Thank you to all for the input. It went for £280 or so in the end - more than I liked it anyway!
