Quartz or Automatic?
Hi,
My boss has a Silver/blue2004 Seamaster Pro up for sale, and is wondering what he should be asking for it. His daily wearer is a black PO so he no longer needs the SMP.
The condition is used, with a few scuffs on the bezel, but unmarked glass. Strap has usual swirlies. It's obvious it's been a daily wearer but has been looked after. It was purchased from Ernest Jones in Worcester in 2004. It's boxed with all documentation - red box, warranty, card, instructions etc. He may well have the original receipt.
I'll post pics later when I can grab the office camera, but any help would be most appreciated, so I can give him a ballpark.
Cheers
Quartz or Automatic?
Sorry, the watch is a 22558000 auto - stock pic attached...
Offer him £600, and then sell it on here for £800
Cheeky!
With wear do you reckon £800 would be close (subject to people seeing pics).
Very nice watch, if I didn't have to sort out the bathroom this month I'd take his arm off.
About £700-£800 I'd say, depending on condition.
Thanks for your help Ryan.
Here's probably the worst pics I've ever taken, but should give people an idea - sorry about the link but it wouldn't display the images inline.

Well I just paid £725 for a mint boxed 2005 one with all papers etc so I guess in slightly worse condition around £600-£650 depends if someone wants it badly now is not the best time to sell just after xmas.
heres mine
marks on bezel are just finger prints
I should Imagine he should be able to get about 700 for it.
Cheers guys.
Depends on the condition of the case and bezel; the bracelets can usually be refinished easily.
I`d say around £600. The bezel shouldn`t be to hard to refurbish on this version.
Paul
Really appreciate your help guys. If he decides to sell it I'll let you know.
I think 700 is reasonable with a 100% history
