Bought a watch from a grey UK dealer, the watch came from an AD in Italy (noted on the warranty card) took 6 days to arrive with me from ordering

I had a quick look on the Rolex site and noted this in their FAQs section

My watch strap has a few marks that I’d like taken out.

What are the likelihood of them being able to be removed?
