Ah yes so it does. says Vulcanised Rubber, missed that somehow. That's good at least.
The date window ruins it IMO and NH35A for that kind of price? Not for me thank you very much! I bet the tropic strap isn't even a good vulcanised rubber one too like from Joseph Bonnie/Wolbrook etc.
There was a peek of sunshine today.

Laco Aachen and Baltic Aquascaphe.
If I could only have 2 watches totally that price bracket then these from my collection would be what I stick with. The Aachen is a 39mm Flieger which looks...

Definitely, I've had good customer service from them so far having had comms via both email and Instagram and even had a call from their office in France one day about a service/repair!
Ah that's great to hear but a shame about the initial issue on the movement! Your issue sounds the same as what I had on a Marloe Morar watch which had the same movement a year previous to buying the...

I ordered this a while back but seems these take a while to arrive from Italy!
Vintage NOS Hamilton buckle (circa 1980s) to period-correct the Italian rubber one piece strap.

I'm just missing a bronze watch really and I think it will have to be another Baltic, the Aquascaphe Bronze. That will complete my 4 analogue watch collection with the above in mind!
What didn't you like about the case back? Personally I cannot think of a single issue given its water resistance and I won't ever be opening it up either.
Thanks! I'm glad I go tit, even to the point where if this was my only watch I wouldn't mind at all.
My only wish is that I wish there were more 18mm watch strap options, everything seems to be...
This is one of the only watches I bought almost immediately after I learned of its existence after having a watch chat with a friend as we both considered buying a Khaki Field Mechanical. He...
Many thanks!
I still cannot get over how nicely it is designed and sized. The brushing detailing is really nice too and always catches my eye:

Nothing from modern: Rolex, Omega, Breitling and most recently added to the list, Tudor too.
For some reason I find the designs uninspiring and too diluted with new versions coming out like...
Small world :)
Yeah I can understand your reservations due to the size if you've got bigger wrists. I have a Casio F-91W that I rarely wear even though my nostalgia kicks in every time and I want...
