How's the Etap? And compared to what?
Im a big fan of the Zondas too. I bought my supersix without wheels and added them. Superb daily riders and commuting wheels. If theres a better wheelset for the money Ive yet to find it.
I use Morgan Blue race oil along with the rest of their products for cleaning and maintenance. Very good stuff although bear in mind its designed for frequent light applications. If you are putting a...
Recommend Paul Hewitt for wheels.
Next upgrade sorted then!
Who did your wheels?
Thats about the same distance as my commute. I do it virtually every time i go into work (which can be anything from 2-5 days a week) across the year. All you need is the right clothing.
I suspect thats more about the riders than the bikes.
NP. I like lime as much as the next guy but you gotta draw the line somewhere. Try some vintage teams stuff perhaps!

Somebody needs to review rule 17 ;)
ps, time to edit your default kit selection on Strava.
If I was a snob I might mention Rule 17...
Is this your car by any chance?

First time i ever seen a bike where you could get a body in the trunk...
I was about to pull the trigger on one of those bad boys as a daily commuter but then noticed that the stupid saddle has nowhere to hang my saddlebag from so on that basis i am out.
There is, evidently, hope for you. But I still insist on coffee before riding rather than ale!
Father Josh prescribes a daily penance of 3 espressos and a macchiato. Go now and sin no more.
Yes but you also hate coffee. Therefore your status has been downgraded from "cyclist" to "rich bloke who rides expensive bicycle" and as such, all opinions you have are suspect.
More or less ditto. although not a Spesh fan especially, I also prefer road to aero bikes.
I think the frame may be a little large for you but depends on the geometry. What concerns me more is guys selling stuff that is a claimed easy fix but they dont do it due to time or such. Thats...
A good rule of thumb (subject to Rule 24 of course) although it is also about how one likes to ride. Some are spinners, some prefer to push harder on a smaller cog, which itself will depend on the...
Depends a lot on preference really. I have a 50/34 on one bike and find it under geared for London and surrounds.
The 52-36 on the other bike is a good compromise for me and with an 11-28 on the...
If you do go for a cyclo cross bike watch out for the gearing if you live in a hilly area as those are geared for a pretty flat course.
its really hard to do better vfm than with Canyon - great choice!
and lucky you to live in Scotland with such marvellous roads to enjoy!
A Moulton is to bikes what a Morgan is to cars :)
It's a 5800 gruppo including the pedals but obviously excluding the crankset. Stem is a little longer than stock and bars and seat are both flat and parallel to the ground although they dont look...
