Thanks for sharing....i think the movement finishing and style are second behind FP Journe only they're simply epic! Would love to own one!
Good review Bazza! Been on the fence massively with these but just can't seem to justify one given my current PO 8500.
Slightly OT but does anyone know of a "reference finder" or equivalent?
I.e. there seem to be hundreds of panerais and i would like to effectively search based on criteria (size, dial colour, no...
What design you going with then? Whats the current wait time from Dornbluth?
I appreciate this is a VERY old thread that somehow has been bumped up, but regardless does anyone have anyone in the UK they could recommend for seiko mod / assembly?
Tempted to do my own SKX007...
And i would agree that everytime choosing manufacturer is best. But my issue like i said is that grenson only do resoling - and i need a small area of leather potentially refurbed / polished....

Hi all,
Hope someone could help me out regarding the name, term or description for a particular type of leather finish.
Its what i would describe as grainy... but most importantly its...
how about the stowa 1938?
I used to own one and absolutely loved it! Wouldn't mind picking up another at some point. Loved the applied numerals and recessed dials, thought it gave a nice "depth"...
have tried to do the research but struggling....
Who was the actually vendor of the watch? In some interviews it shows his daughter but then she wasn't the vendor?
All the proceeds went to...
Without a second of hesitation not a chance.
New daytonas are Meh.
Those two are epic.
these don't look too bad:...
would be keen to know what you go for as I'm using the same strap (although all black and hasn't yet worn) but do like some variety!
Completely understand the concern as experienced a very similar situation.
We found the panic-alarm style buttons to work very well. Its not discrete as it requires the user to wear it at all...
+1... love my nomos cordovan!
