I first tasted Caol Ila in the Hebridean on Skye, probably over 35yrs ago now. It's been my favourite over all others ever since, although I do of course enjoy many, many more! I've a couple of...
Drink the good stuff first, you never know what's around the corner.
Now the nights are chilling down and drawing in it's time to be visiting the cellar here at Caisteal magirus. Some are still here, some long gone, and some rum has entered the fray . . .
