I’m not blaming them for UK customs charges. It’s their appalling comms that’s done my head in.

I wish mine had shipped within the EU. Just had an extortionate customs charge drop through the door after another couple of weeks trying the chase Schaffen for the status of my watch. Never again.

Thanks chaps. Finally got some comms going with Schaffen who say they will ship this week. Fingers crossed
