Good stuff, I thought both looked in pretty good condition, the 2541 looks in great nick for an older watch. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference, 2264/2541 are getting harder...
Keep the old classic one. It just has that more iconic look. They are both quartz aren't they? The option of the keeping the better conditioned bracelet with which ever head you choose is a good one.
