I would say IWC XVI, XV or maybe the new model if they release one during 2012. It is a good mix between smart casual and sporty and you can mix between the bracelet and sraps.

Omega all the way! Had a Seamaster Pro Bond before and I think it was great! Very good build quality, movement is cheap and easy to service, great lume and so on...
