Thanks everyone for your input. I called Omega customer services and explained what happened. They sent me a copy of the invoice to my email address. The invoice was in the AD 's name, but it had my...
Ok thanks for the info. I will contact Omega directly tomorrow and check what is happening. Goldsmiths were so unhelpful I suspect they are supressing the service information on purpose for some...
Yes I got the parts alongside the service case. Is that suffient? I assumed there would be something linking the serial number to the receipt though or some sort of a service card like other brands. ...
Hi everyone, so I sent a watch to omega for service via goldsmiths and I got it back today finally after almost 5 months. The service receipts they gave me have some repair number but no reference...
Talking about watchfinder discounts, contacted them yesterday to enquire if a watch they have listed has gone through a service. The nice sales person confirmed this... then the price suddenly went...
I agree. The downside is that they are less willing to accept any offers on the international stock since it owes them some extra import costs. That was the case for the watch I inquired about...
I asked them about this a couple of days ago. Basically a watch imported from outside the UK would get delivered to their head office first, so they deal with all the import costs, and then they post...

Yeah and that too.. 6.5k! Maybe it will suddenly become attractive after the movie[emoji3]
There is something off about it! The blue dial is far better looking on this watch
I would go for the SMPc, very comfortable bracelet and the blue face is just lovely! The only thing is you need to try and get it at a good discount as it looses quite a big percentage when you...
Never in a million years!
Apologies I just saw your messages.. Actually I have seen a couple of these on sc for around 1400 recently, so it is possible to find one within that range.. Depends if you are into "vintage" watches...
Of the two I would prefer the Tudor, although If you are willing to pay that much for it, I would look for a nice vintage rolex around that price range (maybe a couple of hundred more)
Always on the left for me, i didnt realise that some wear it on the right .. I guess its a new game for my next meeting :)

Hello and welcome! Very nice collection you have there :)

I found this true with a recent purchase! The search and reading/watching reviews was exciting while the watch itself was far from what I expected.. I guess it depends on the watch at the end of the...
I find that the more expensive the watch I am wearing is, the less compliments I get.
My first thought when I saw the pic was that I really like it! That was before I realised the white thing is not a reflection. Now Im not sure its for me
Never handled either watches but I would go for the Tudor. Similar to what was mentioned before I would advise you to see the GS before purchasing if you end up leaning more towards it.
Thats one expensive pile of junk :)
Thats scary! I hope he had insurance.. Who knows it could have been planned or a spontaneous thing.. I always wondered how safe it is to wear flashy expensive watches on a daily basis
