Arrived ahead of time. It does wear well despite its chunky dimensions.

Andy.
The patina looks good on this one, suitably dull and barnacle free !
I’ll likely restore it though and then let it patina again naturally so that it becomes ‘my patina’.

Should land with me some time on Friday.
That is a very attractive shade of green. Congrats.
Be interested to hear your thoughts on that after a few weeks. I’m on the list for one (and a Sub LV). Have been able to try the LV on at the AD and really liked it… but trying to find the GMT even...
^^^ THAT is fantastic
Thank you sir. A white dial BP I suspect would wear a bit larger.. there’s a lot of dial !
Funnily enough Tony, the pilot chrono was next on my list if the BP43 wasn’t working for me. Having previously owned the triple date 3777 model, the blue dial 41 chrono was my banker.
Went to try a Big Pilot on today… always fancied one, but in the back of my mind kinda knew I wouldn’t be able to pull it off on my 6.75” wrist.
True enough, the lug length was a killer for me....
I do like them ^^^ especially on a dark strap. The Petronas coloured rubber is also a good option for sunny days… but the combination of the pinkish coloured strap makes my eyes bleed.
Mines is in customs at the moment apparently. Looking forward to seeing it in real life.
Cheers Ryan… ordered 1 of each also. Mrs G fancied the white one for our holiday in November so thought I’d try the black one while ordering.
Received in a trade this week. The mesh bracelet is really comfortable, and helps reduce the overall heft a bit.
I think this one is probably right at the top end of my size limit though.. I maybe...
Just arrived. This is a bit dressier than I normally wear, may take a little getting used to. The grey dial with the rose gold is a lovely combination though.
I think I may look to source a...
I guess a glass of Lanson on a Rolex matt means one thing.

You still got it??
The rubber strap on yours was perfect.
There was a thread last month titled Long Term Sellers Remorse. In my reply, I listed just 2 watches where I had genuine remorse after selling.
Yesterday, I stumbled upon the opportunity to address...
Saw one of these in the window today, tried it on… loved the dial. Probably my favourite Save the Ocean dial… but the bubble over the day/date was misaligned (seems to be quite common on Monsters...
On holiday just now.. picked this up yesterday

Reckon it must be from around 2005... papers aren't dated. Has a little ETA 2671 powering it so pretty slim...
I'm going to bring the tone of this thread down to rock bottom now, with this little sub-thingy I picked up last night. It was looking a bit worse for the ware when I picked it up and the bezel was...
It is tall... bit so far I'm not finding it top heavy. I think the crystal being flat/flush probably helps minimize the thickness issue to an extent.
Width & lug-lug are a perfect fit for my wrist...
I love the Racing dial version, but thought it would be limited to casual wear. The standard black dial version I found a bit cold.
This Rio edition just has enough about it to lift the dial, with...
Just landed. Probably one of the nicest Definitely the nicest 'Olympic' limited edition I've seen from Omega.
Tried one on just over 2 weeks ago at the Glasgow Boutique and was smitten. Then...
Picked up this Bulova Lobster Chrono a few weeks back on SC thinking it would be this years holiday watch:-...
