No, the plan is still to stick with one watch.
And this will make the perfect watch.
Besides the price was, imo, very good.
The Sub will either be passed onto the family or sold.

Having recently seen my old Patek 5227R on the FS forum. It got me hankering for a PM dress watch. That I can wear instead of the Sub.
I would have loved to see the 5227R sitting back on my wrist....
Thank you
It better be! LOL
I truly believe that my "Frustrated" email may have helped :-)
After nearly a 6 year wait many visits to my AD and a frustrated email just before Christmas.
I received the “call” a couple of weeks ago and collected it yesterday.
This is my official retirement...
That is lovely.
My first thought was it looked very much like a Patek Phillipe 5196P, which, IMO, is nice comparison.

Congratulations Yodi.
Great to see that your patients paid off.
Enjoy wearing it.
Thanks Earl

After much searching and deliberation.
I recently purchased this beautiful IWC.
Not new - except for me[emoji4] as it’s from the 50’s also like me.
But this quite literally could be the last...
Absolutely stunning craftsmanship.
Congratulations
Impressed by the number of steps done.
Was that in one day?
That is rather nice and I love the strap combination, great colour.
Love the colour of the dial, great combination with that strap.
Bloody hell, that is a beast.
No good on my small wrists! LOL

That looks awesome.
One of my favourite Panerai's

What a lovely looking piece
Congratulations.
I like that and I don't even have use for a World Timer :-)
Congratulations.
Rather nice and a good choice.
I bet.
Home time = UK?
Good fit on your wrist.

The bracelet is certainly substantial and well made.
Though, have to say to being disappointed by the straps.
They are quite thin, perhaps, because I am use to Hirsch straps, which are quite thick....
Congratulations Ken
Love the colour of the bezel combination on the ceramic bezels.
Congratulations Martyn, love the colour of the dial.
Simple is sometimes best, like that a lot.
Very nice, love the colour combination.
This arrived today.
