Hi all,
I'm in NYC regularly for work but have a rare few free days next week! Does anyone know of any good watch locations? I'm not thinking the big department stores and I've called in to the...

I'm keeping my eye out for a BBB, my Speedy was blue as was a Longines hydro I had; currently blue-less!

I had one of these in blue - my biggest selling regret!

Just taken delivery of a BBR as a trade. I offloaded one about a few months ago and instantly regretted it - though I really enjoyed the watch I took in its place.
Glad to have a BBR back in the...
I like them both if I'm honest, though I do like the smaller 5 minute indicators on the bezel of whatever gen mine is. One common factor, I defo prefer this diver on a strap rather than a bracket...
Thanks for the advice Frankius :)

This sounds perfect then, leave the scratch in and tidy the polished surfaces. Anything that works on a brushed surfaces do you know, the lugs are 'two-tone'.

I've always been tempted to have a go, but have never had the confidence! I may rather let someone else with experience take my money rather than me polish too far, or I could find a real beater and...
I see what you mean, I've been torn between adding to my collection or having one restored to mint condition. Still torn [emoji23]

I'd like to get a little restoration done on my 2016 Hydroconquest. The movement is running under +-3s so not really needing a service.
Any advice or recommendations? Just get a Longines service?...
Part traded recently for my Tudor BB Red.
I've always fancied some manner of F1 and I have to say I'm really impressed. Having heard some mixed reports I'm happy to report that the build feels...
Off to Kansas, Colorado and NYC in two weeks. Have previously taken a Colt GMT or Speedy triple date. This time I'll be taking my Tag Aquaracer Chronotimer :)

Seeing this makes me wish I never moved on my Colt GMT [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

I didn't think it would be, but for me it's this 2016 F1 (front)

Are the 1040 Omegas worth a look?
Hi all. Hope you don't mind my picking the forums brain.
I need a mechanical chrono, but I much prefer it to have a minute counter on the man face, Rather than on the sub dial. I find it hard to...
Just stunning that Tuna! Love it!
Are the PADI seikos a limited edition or will they keep making them? The blue fin Tuna just looks superb!
I do the same; load my carry on with a Bremont brand watch roll containing any watches or jewellery I plan to take and pop my watch I'm wearing that day in it after I park the car. It goes back on...
You learn something every day.
I have to say it's been a great beater, black dial on bracelet. It goes most places with me.

The new rebrand really does look awful, but I have to say the thought of a Trident 300 quartz for £240 as a day to day wear has been tempting!
You're not alone. I scratched my aerospace itch with a Tag chronotimer - same movement but the itch is still there!!
What an awesome thread!!
Need to get me one to show!!!
