I live in Thirsk and depending on the day would be interested.
I use a Sinn U1 for manual work, I don't know how many times I have banged, scraped and generally abused the watch, I have got over that sinking feeling after a good bang (I know) and the trepidation...
I can also vouch for the Leeds shop in the Victoria Quarter, Jake and the ladies there have always been top notch.
It also ruined Star Trek for me when they put a women as a captain of a Starship, up till then it was based loosely on real life.
Deleted.
In the Victoria Quarter, just opposite the side entrance to Harvey Nicks, opposite their cafe sort of thing.
I have bought 4 watches from them, all from the Leeds shop, I have no hesitation...
I have had mine about 7 months, it is as accurate as claimed, I have a six and three quarter inch wrist (flat rather than round) and find that it sits really nicely, fit and finish is superb.

I tried the Rose Gold one on in Leeds this morning, way out of my price range but I wanted to check on the size, it looked large in the window but wears smaller on the wrist, the bloke in the shop...

Perfect.
I can't swim but bought a SD because I don't like the cyclops on the sub, wish I'd never sold it now.
I have Loake, Herring, Cheaney, Church's, Trickers and Crocket & Jones, the last three makes will cost in the £400 range, I find Cheaney are great value but still expensive, I would look on the...

Thank you very much, really appreciate it.
I will be getting a strap for it, would you let me know about "Carl's Zero Zero's" please.
For that price I would look at the excellent value Sinn models.
Both these watches look superb, saw them in a window in Leeds today.
For that price I would take a look at Sinn.
I quite like them.
Wanted one of these for a long time, while walking around Leeds this morning went into Sellors and had an enjoyable afternoon talking watches with Jake and bought this watch, I think that it will...
Saw one in Meadowhall the other day on the tan strap at just over £3600.
