    from what I have calculated the best, and cheapest, method is to watch the various watch sales boards and buy one from someone who already did it and found the finding and building was the best part....

    Create a web page pretending to sell modified rolex watches, then buy cheap knockoff rolex fakes and "modify" them with $2 worth of dial and then sell them for a couple of hundred more than he paid.
