Oxtail Stew
1.3kg/3lb oxtail, cut into chunky pieces (ask your butcher to do this for you)
3 tbsp plain flour
salt and freshly ground black pepper
3–4 tbsp sunflower oil
following on from the crumble I made, my flatmates taught me to make lots of tapas dishes, my favourite is Secreto which is beef neck, a cut that's hard to find in the UK but I recommend trying it...
when I was living in Spain I made apple crumble for the people I was living with they loved it
