The problem you have hear is the yamaha warranty process
Yamaha supply the waranty parts direct to the dealer
Then they pay the dealer the warranty labour rate to fit it

Test ride events are a completely different thing
You can have 7-8 bikes out together with a lead rider and a tail end rider from the dealership to keep the pace sensible
