Because he would tell me, and I have no reason not to trust him :occasion14:
Hi Christian, The bezel insert is mandatory, the bezel is optional. The insert I’m guessing they want to change because it’s slightly squashed and doesn’t perform its function properly.. The bezel...
Interesting, I hope for your sakes your watch keeps on ticking :occasion14:
He’s not entirely sure how he’s done it but this is the likely scenario, a brush against a wall or similar. I agree totally with you, the magnification of the photo is always going to make it look...
I've only got my submariner to go from on my wrist but the metal surrounding the lune pip on that must be no more than 0.5mm thick. I'm sure it wouldn't take that much force to recreate the...
No, sorry, that's not the case.
No, it happened months ago.
I'll get him a G shock to wear during the day, then perhaps he can sleep with this one on...
It's a good thought, I will make sure to ask.
Yeah I suppose that's one way to look at it :wink-new:
It's definitely not been dropped. To be fair the AD has worked hard to try and sort it for me. I've a good relationship and this is the 2nd black bay I've bought off him. My eldest has one too......
That's what I'm beginning to think! :dontknow:
Just to be clear, i'm not looking for cosmetic damage to be repaired under warranty. The service is about £220 and then but they won't let it go out without a new bezel insert and they want an extra...
Hi all, Interested to hear your views on this...
I bought a Tudor Black Bay late last year to give to my son for his 18th Birthday in mid February. He wore it just a handful of times before the...
[QUOTE=PDE;5260458]Not been around here much recently, as life just seems to get in the way.
Regretted letting the last one of these go, so that mistake has now been rectified.

Watchfinder have a 14 day no quibble return policy don’t they. So buy, get it checked and if not satisfied, arrange to return it with them.
I had one of those for a couple of years. I loved it, my kids though hated it :-)
It was superb in snow!!
Wakefields in Horsham had two GMTs available last week if interested.
Hour and a quarter until KO. Excited 😆 yet nervous 😬! Come on England.
My son tried both on last week, 18th birthday coming up. Both sat similar on the wrist but he and me both preferred the black bay blue as the face is deeper set under the glass on the blue than the...
Another vote for the VW Touran. Doesn’t set the world alight but massively practical and one of the few cars that was able to take 3 car seats for my lads when younger. 👍
I watched it too, jurys still out for me. I'll watch a second episode though and see if it picks up.
I bought a lovely classic VW Beetle off of SteveBrooker, aka MudGod!
I'd go Sevens and Classics based at Brands Hatch, 👍
Right next to the circuit if you need to kill some time whilst waiting for it to be done.
