Yep, that's my post that's been linked.
I really regret selling that watch and I'll buy another soon! I was just in a phase of churn in the collection, it sold on here so might still be in...
The way the green ink spills over to the gold banding on the left edge is suspect as well.
Another vote for Chris! I've bought (too) many watches from him over the years. Always great service and refreshing to use a family business versus modern highstreets.
Is that 'Brothers and Bezels'?
In case anyone missed out on these, I've listed one on SC this evening: https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.php?528290-Marloe-Coniston-Black-Edition
Is there an accepted method to testing this, assuming you have a timegrapher, before taking it in to RSC/AD for a service?
If the letters are fading away at the edges then it sounds like it's been over polished.
Pictures would certainly help!
A model number, year, or even a link to the advert could be beneficial to elicit feedback.
I favour the eSIM approach, assuming you have a handset that is capable of accepting one. This means you're able to leave your normal SIM card in, and just get a data package on an eSIM, which can be...
I expect it's another way to track/deter flippers as it'll be such a desired thing to activate and it'll all be done through the online activations.
Thank you, Gareth. These things take a bit of time! It's a struggle as even the codes start at 41mm. I'll speak with the boutique to see if a 37mm ROO would help or delay things (as they're only a...
Yes it would be. I appreciate that there might be a requirement for additional spend history in the offshore range but I simply cannot wear them due to size (apart from the 37mm music edition).
After spending some time at one of the boutiques I've put my name down for a 37mm RO time only. I've no idea about realistic lead times, I'd hope that the 37mm may be quicker than the 41mm?
Same story here! Maybe next time!
I've had a few Vanguard ones and found them to be excellent.

Working fine for me.
Just look at completed auctions on eBay.... the prices in the article are reflective of the recent sales.
Judging by the amount of pictures of this combo I've seen I think it's been a very popular watch for them!
What an eye opening link! Fantastic resource and I think I'll be going down a rabbit hole this morning!
It feels like the up to £5k market that previously would have got you into a 5513's etc still exists albeit smaller, but they're focusing on watches that're still in that price bracket. Speedmasters...
I've been on the fence for a while with this; it's incredible, but it's dimensions sadly do not suit me. If this were smaller, I'd have one in a heartbeat.
Worth getting in January as there is a...

'Not your keys, not your crypto' seems to be more true than ever at the moment.
Not sure if social media is to be believed but the chap suffered life changing injuries as a result of that.
