I’ve gotta say the dark grey ones look pretty cool but if it’s a Kwacka it’s gotta be green :)
Ha, indeed :)from 2016 they were 10hp down from the previous year due to emission regs , as if that’s going to make a difference !!
Mmm nice . Yeap , mine will be a 2016 onwards I think:)
Yeah, they are cool :)and not too expensive either. I’ve had several Kawasakis , a ZXR750 , ZX7R ninja , a 750 Zephyr.
The VFR1200 was released in 2010 I think and received loads of stick about its looks as current VFR owners waiting for years for its promised release and many moaned like hell. I thought it looked...
Cheers :) I’m going to sell it soon if anybody is interested.
With regards to Honda DCT I had a VFR1200 DCT which was really handy and the DCT was pretty smooth . I’d thoroughly recommend it. ...
Sounds like fun :) I’m toying with getting rid of my Triumph Scrambler 1200 for a ZZR1400… I like a change every couple of years. ...
Just a thought , but do you need planning permission for this type of garage as it’s a permanent structure?
I have one on my Scrambler 1200 ….. love it but a sod to clean between the gaps:)

Indeed , something usually has to give be it the area or size of the property. At least you’ve got winter to decide :)

A moveable ramp should help there. Luckily the only stipulation I made for our house purchases in London was that they had to have drive for Mrs Car and a garage for my bike. Even though we lived in...
Your Mrs let you buy a bike then? What did you get? I’ve only got 2 sets of gloves one of which are thick winter ones and the other spring/summer leather gloves . Heated grips beat any gloves I...
Engine wise it’s happy at motorway speeds but the lack of wind protection takes the fun out of it. Great for everything else though. A cheaply VFR800 or old CBR600 would be handy as a second bike if...
Having sold my TL and vfr1200 I’m quite happy to be down to one bike now. Motorways can be a bit arduous but keeps me legalish…but living in Somerset who needs a motorway :)...
Nice.. are they the triumph LED indicators or another brand?
I changed the exhaust the other day to a ZARD system.. sounds great:) My hideous rack will be coming off when I pick up a standard...
Funnily enough I was going to replace the rear shock when I bought it. I then came to my senses and thought I’d keep it all original as it’ll still run rings around my riding abilities in stock form....

Since you asked it is indeed...... it rides like a shopping trolley with a 1000 cc V-twin engine..... fun though:)
...
Indeed they were... and loved extras.. hand guards, heated grips, spot lights, rack, take tidy, decat, billet brake resovoir, mini screen, centre stand, tank grips. Saves me buying them:)

Just got this... big change , must be because I’m nearly 50!,
What’s the best U.K. forum for triumph chat, trading, chatting rubbish etc?
Cheers:)...
Factory output of an SP2 was between 125 -133bhp I believe. Those were the magazine and press figures so they may been a bit optimistic too. I had an SP1 in 2006 . Only had it for a year. Wasted...
I had a Dominator in 2007 for commuting to work from Crystal Palace to Soho each day. Great bike for that. You could see over the traffic, it didn’t have too many beans, and it never broke down. ...
Being 5’7” and only having 31” legs dicked me. I would have been hanging a cheek off every time I stopped!!
