V12's are excellent pedals, good choice. Partner your V12's with a pair of Five Ten shoes and you will be amazed at the combined grip.

I'm a confirmed mountain biker and know nothing about road bikes, but I got to say this looks a beauty to me, I love the simplistic retro looks, design shape and colour.
Not easy to answer without a bit more detail, for example what diameter is your current seat post? Once you know the answer to that you can start to investigate likely models that are compatible....
