Very nice - is that the “denim” dial?
Tangentially, this BB54 T-fit bracelet is the first one I’ve had that can truly be adjusted on the fly. Pull the clasp away from the wrist, it expands. Push the bracelet into the clasp, it contracts....
Not wanting to labour this point too much (although I suspect we’re long part that stage), out of interest I took a look at the watch I’m wearing right now.
BB54. Sits beautifully on my wrist,...
That's extremely nice!
We’re gonna need more than that Ryan ;)
That’s a beauty.
Yep, it’s an easy fix. Just be very careful when unscrewing and screwing to ensure you don’t slip and scratch those lovely polished sides.
Tip: use the biggest screwdriver that will fit the slot to...
I do fancy trying one of those…
Can’t speak to the streamliner, but I had a venturer and the quality was sublime.
Beautiful. Possible exit watch for me.
Classic PAM. Is it steel or titanium?
Loving this LE from Seiko. The dial is almost GS-esque and the ghost bezel really sets it off.

The white looks like it belongs in the original Paddington TV show :D
I love them both, have both on the way from Jura (at some point…)
Small detail, but I really like the way the day date is offset below the quadrant line, but still level. Very well executed.
Lovely AP.
Not a new watch by any means, but did the Polident overnight treatment and looks like a new watch now!

Watch isn’t new, but the bracelet is. Works very well, I think, and beautifully made

Oh that is very cool!
I’ve been admiring their watches for a while now, I think this one has pushed me off the fence.
Loving the new G-Shock recycled paper packaging. Not sure if it’s the new standard, or just for these 40th anniversary models.
...
Both beautiful watches, perfect demonstration of the availability of great watches throughout the price spectrum.
Oh!
I didn’t even realise there was a 39mm version - I’m interested again [emoji38]
These are really nice. A little big for me, otherwise I would have snapped it up. A proper traveller’s GMT too, great spec, great finishing, great value.
Holiday beater no.2.
Full titanium case and bracelet. Weighs nothing. Apart from the obvious dial text it’s a very good copy.
...
Holiday beater. Hacked the cyclops off with a hammer and chisel.
Would’ve preferred 40mm to the 42mm, but it’s surprisingly well made for a £90 watch. ...
Seeing those two together like that it’s obvious to me which one is and will remain an all-time classic. Both are out of my reach but the AP is in a different league, imo.
I will caveat that...
Yep, it’s an affliction. We should be able to get help. Or at least National Lottery funding.
