Mmm!
Looks excellent Eddie. :) 8)
Best wishes,
AP. :)
Hear, hear! :D
Well argued, and a touch of the "original" won't hurt the SB3 indeed. 8)[/quote]
I have leanings in this direction each time I see a 6b of the original line.
I think it...
They are clearly creating a market for another movement making company or conutry to fill the demand, once the quality is pushed up, which it inevitaby shall be.
Protectionsit posilcy that will...
So it is to what case dimensions are possible for this movement and the design concept.
Look forward to hearing more in regard to this, in due course, naturally. :)
Very Interesting:

Actually, I feel a real opportunity for a spec-tacular movement with the adjustments has come up. I reckon, take the movement, witht he lovely adjustments, reduce the A/M to 40,000 which is...
I prefer the other hands Crusader, I like these, though for a different reason.
I do like the dial on this one in respect of the markers-the extended ones at intervals of 5 esp to the outer edge...
Sorry for the uge pic-wanted to make it clear. Pls reduce it if best-not sure how to effect that.:)
See pic 2 at this site for a corroborative and independent example of that above:

I am unsure of the situation in respect of the dial manufacture, none the less, I have been examining some Mk11 dials and have found another, attractive example and more pronounced variation, that is...
Welcome! :)
My two' pennies worth is, await the SB III. Case should have a better profile (thickness, a complaint by some 'bout the aforementioned, esp with domed crystal), quite possibly case...
Numbering part of the grand plan...?
I know, perhaps we can give out a big marker pen-the non permanent kind- and when you want to change the number, some wipes can be used to take it off and the...
I can hurry and not get it right or get it right and not hurry. Guess which I'll do?

The 'lat[t]er' rather than the former?

There can be only one...
Imo, Lume-tipping is a v. good idea.
Adds to the functionnability and utility of the piece. It also distinguishes it from some others, well. Subtle and v. effective.
Sincerely,
Pottinger :)
Oh, a plain dial is fine :)
It is interesting to think of some alernatives and share them. One never knows when they may come in, perhaps usefully.
As I worte earlier, I like the orig. design...
Re 'England', same could be said for JLC or IWC, etc. It is, imo, a positive touch that has been achieved on Precista before:

I would minimise...
IMO Speedbird is fine, too, as described.
They are some open ideas.
Good point. :)
Sincerely,
Pottinger :)
Oh, yes Crusader, the +. That merry symbol! May have broken the fingerof that one!
RE. the couterbalance; on the MKXI as above, there was not a counterbalance, except, which you may...
Perhaps 'England' where 'Swiss' would be at he very botton, discteetly would be a good touch, according with the continuation of a fine tradition of style and making e.g. the Precista with diver with...
In regard to what I have written (as above) and that which others have written, I like the design as in the orignal pic, in clarity, as per the JLC style in contrast, by example, the IWC as pictured...
Of the two in the pic. above, I prefer the JLC in respect of:
-Numeral size and clarity. (In particular, the bolder figures distincitive of
the minute/sec. markers).
-The Minute/Sec. Marker...
It appears, that the discusion has moved and developed to a point where this may be of use re. authenticity, design ideas and wishes:

I agree with Stockport:
As Rayzablade wrote, and with his sentiment I agree:
Who said it was good to share???
Imho absolutely crucial point made by raysablade viz. the minute hand not too short, and going through to a small degree, the minute-markers; this makes for excellent legibility characteristics.

At this stage, it does not appear to be LE, nor an LE list in the offing.

LE may happen, but we will have to wait and see :D

The anti mag is a sig. advantage over other homages, incl, the Orfina, tho the sinn is anti mag, the dial on this is nicer and truer to the orig. in reason and execution according to the pic, imho.
