Sorry Oliver, that looks hideous to me!!!
I tend to agree with you - I guess need to see a mock up as to whether it fits in the style of the new Everest. I'm not wholly convinced yet.
For all harping on about the width of the hands - they're different here as well (albeit the other way round - the hr hand is thicker, minute hand thinner). It actually to me visually looks better...
Really nice Eddie - it’s definitey shaping up. Good shout on the red too, I like the contrast.
You can see where it has taken homage from yet very much looks its own watch.
I know what you mean, my resolve held and I managed to not buy the 36mm Everest before Christmas, but this may make me crack. Participating in this thread hasn't helped either.....
Eddie - does that mean the colour of the lume will be similar to what you have on the B variant?
I really like B.
A is also good, probably a minor improvement over the current 36mm, but nothing that would worry me. If someone wants one of the 36mm, I'd just buy the one just released.
Oh...
Looks pretty good Eddie - I think the Everest in the same colour as the 'Smiths' name and logo works well too. Gives some balance to the dial.
I think a small second dial would have been nice on this model, but alas that ain't gonna happen. I think it's hard to tell from the renders, but Eddie's initial version seems pretty good.
A small second dial would be rather cool on this model....
