Anyone know if it's possible to add and/or remove links from a Black Bay bracelet without the need to go to a jewellers.

Here’s my diver that everyone on here will hate. ;)
I really like the look of these. What's wrong with them?

Thanks for the replies. I definitely want auto rather than quartz. Budget upto €2k euro but, would go to €3k if there was something I really like . If I lose it it's insured and I'll be staying with...
With an upcoming trip to NZ and Australia and lots of swimming on the cards I've got a sudden urge for a diver. The three I've got in mind are the Tag Aquaracer, Omega Seamaster JB and the Oris...
I like to keep mine as pristine as possible. Maybe I've been very lucky but Ive managed to keep most of them that way. If I were to view any damage to a watch as a story it would definitely be a...
I'd be very happy to own a watch that's worth more than my car. I always bought brand new cars when I was working but, then I was doing a lot of miles a year to and from work so needed something...
Blue shark skin would look great.
Dropped a spot of solder on a wedding ring once. It hurt, alot! Last time I ever wore anything metallic working in the garage.
Any wear, scratches, discolouration, or marks of any kind drive me crazy. I sold a Festina in March just because it had a tiny discolouration on the dial that was only just visible to the naked eye. ...
With 1k I'd buy one decent watch. Brand new you could get a Sinn 556, 556a, a number of Stowa models or Nomos Club handwound. Used, I'd look at a nearly new Oris, Nomos or Longines. I really don't...
I'm really boring. On a mechanical watch anything more than the date seems superfluous to me and, to be honest, given the choice of the same watch with or without date I'd always have the non date...
Beautiful to look at but, don't think I'd actually wear one. I'm far too clumsy.
I always have trouble remembering the the year to. Just when I get used to it being a particular year it bloody changes again😕
Absolutely stunning. The skill and patience required to design and make such pieces truly amazes me. You have my deepest admiration.
Received some photos today. It's actually a 36mm DJ. So, I'm really pleased. He's not too happy about posting so, has invited me to collect and stay for a few days when his son goes over in June.
I guess if you don't know what month it is, it's time for the retirement home.
Thanks for the info guys. I've chatted to my friends father today and we've agreed on £1500. He also said if I wasn't happy and the repair cost too much he'd be happy to take it back. I think he was...
I've been offered a Rolex SS OP by a friends father who says I can make and offer for it. I havent actually seen the watch as his father lives in France so, I'm only relying on what my friend tells...
Like the old model with arabic numerals. Otherwise just looks like any other diver.
Like that alot.
Seriously thought about the new Oris Pointer Bronze but, don't think I could cope with the 'Patina' unless there's a way to neutralise or remove it. Any recommendations other than don't buy a bronze...
Each to their own.

IMHO the AK is the ugliest watch Rolex make but, each to their own. The pre Bond is a really nice watch and, to me, looks the perfect size for your wrist. I would definitely hang onto it.
Not really a divers fan but, IMHO this is a much better looking watch than the Sub. I wouldn't wear a Sub but I would definitely wear this.
