We went on Saturday, both of us thought it was excellent.
Watched on Friday, he’s a very good, unsettling actor is young Barry, agreed about the others too.
Hahaha, i had absolutely no idea! Went to see the Shamen in the early days, don’t remember him appearing!
Stone cold classic. Went to see this at the Cornerhouse in Manchester, was a proper event movie and a cracker for a new director.
Public Enemy making of too is worth looking into.
Thoroughly agree, watched it last night and thought it was very good, some nice visual nods to Poe too.
Watched Everything Everywhere All at Once and thought it was very good.
Also watched Interstate 60 with Gary Oldman, cameo from Michael J Fox and had Christopher Lloyd in it too, another i enjoyed...
Great film and thanks for the heads up!
Have just watched The Courier, espionage move about the hight of the cold war and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Terrific, old-school spy movie with Benedict Cumberbatch, Jessie Buckley and Merab Ninidze,...
Went to see Nightmare Alley yesterday and thought it was excellent. Great performances, fantastic sets, direction, think it had it all.
Was fortunate to see it live and i couldn’t agree more, brilliantly made and captures a lot of the feelings of the live performance and concept.
Very much enjoyed Green Knight and have Pig on my watch list.
Quite enjoyed No Sudden Move, Steven Soderbergh directs Don Cheadle,Benicio Del Toro, Brendan Fraser, Julia Fox et al in a bit of double/triple-and-onwards-crossing crime movie.
Up there with the first two Godfather films for me, superb.
We watched this a few weeks ago. Never heard of anybody in it or indeed anything about it but thought the cast were excellent and it was so moving.
Watched Babyteeth last night, what a lovely, heartbreaking movie.
Haha, revisted this ourselves over Christmas with our daughter, it really does still get you laughing out loud!
A mention for Kes also, such a great, great film.
May i add A Taste of Honey to that wonderful list?
Wouldn’t be Christmas in my house without watching it, a timeless classc.
