I, too had an AltiZ, I likied it a lot and would consider another, but it would have to be second hand...they are not worth the new price.
I like IWC, had a pilot chrono, but it seems rather dear for basically a 7750 (or so I,m told)

Couldn't live with the chrono second hand that stepped unevenly, it went back twice and came back with the same fault (well done Omega!!). Eventually I borrowed a high-speed video...
