Thank you for this. I really appreciate it.
I have a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Geographic in need of repair. I will not be using JLC service centre because they are bastards. It's a long story so I won't bore you.
Does anyone have...
I think we have all been there. I have major regret selling an Omega AT but then again some sacrifices are needed to evolve the collection.
I have a pair of Church Chelsea boots with commando sole. I think they are great boots but not 1k worth of shoe. I have a pair of Crockett & Jones boots and there's a big difference in quality...
I tried most of the Seamaster 75th anniversary models and came away with the Diver 300. The 300m heritage and the AT are nice too but the dial colour makes it a little hard to read.
I wish they...
The green Mido is nice. I also like the jumping action of the date. Not a bad price either.
Thanks, I will have a look at some courses.

I am thinking to get a beehive for the garden next spring but I have no idea what I need and how to start. Anyone on here with any knowledge on recreational bee keeping? Cheers!

I like!! Maybe I need to look at GS again. I think they look fantastic but it concerns me when it comes to their accuracy, at least on paper anyway. What's your real life experience?
I like it but it's too big for me.
Amazing looking piece!
The green and the blue are both great looking pieces. My only peeve is that for the price, the Calibre 1847 is nothing special with only 40 hours power reserve.
If I am to get a DJ it has to be the flute bezel and jubilee bracelet. For a 36mm I would go for the Wimbledon. I know it's not a green dial but the Roman numerals are ;-)
6.5" wrist prevents me from ever wearing one but otherwise you are right, the gold and green is a winning combo.
I will see if I can get hold of one. I also think the terracotta one might look great in real life.

I have a Nomos already so I like them. But the lugs for the Club Sport is too toothy for my taste [emoji3347]

How long have you been on the waiting list for the DJ41?

I have been after a green dial of some sort and I think I've narrowed down to these options. Any thoughts?
1. Omega AT shades green dial 38mm
2. Cartier Santos medium size green dial
3. Rolex...
The dials are often intriguing but they are quite dressy. I really liked mine but I moved it on because I almost never dress up for work these days. Movement is nothing special but exceptionally...
One day I will get one of these! So very nice.
I bought a Zenith Defy during the 1st lockdown despite not planning to buy in 2020. I haven't had much work due to COVID so I doubt I will have the funds anyway to make a purchase in 2021. I will...
Cream dial for me. Firstly there's not enough cream dial watches in this world but there are lots of black. Secondly, it might not be as eligible as the black so you get to stare at it for a fraction...
Send it back to get it regulated. So you can stop wondering and enjoy it more when you get it back.
