I should have mentioned, this is the quartz one too. I was really tempted to pick up one of the older 9721 khaki models, in the cases that look like the Smiths W10 or Hamilton 6B watches.
This...
Just took delivery of this little minty 33mm Hamilton Khaki from the 90s. Wears more like a 36mm. Very happy with it!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20221206/67dff784334c17f1f97b2d824d2a668a.jpg

Correct, it is 20mm, but to be honest I think it looks fine due to the unusual lugs. All the other straps I had to try were 20mm NATOs and I thought they all looked fine too.

Took delivery of a CONUS only delivery for a friend, taking the watch to him in the UK in December. Decided to try a few straps on it, including the Vario fixed lugs strap. Definitely an interesting...
Sorry, I wasn't clear. I also got to keep the money. eBay refunded them out of their pocket [emoji14]

It is pretty uninspiring - a lot of borrowed elements. I really dislike the applied logo. Yes it's applied, but it is dull as dishwasher.

I had a similar experience and eBay were pretty good about it.
This was before the authentication system was in place, but I sold a Smiths W10 to a guy in Singapore through the global delivery...
Spotted this linked in a story this morning on wornandwound.com.
As far as I know, I think this is the first microbrand use of the 9075 "traveller" GMT movement.
I don't think this one is for...
Thanks, I've seen some forum posts singing yellowdog's praises. Looks like they're all NATO straps, not sure he does any clip on style ones though. Maybe I'll reach out to him and see if he'd be...
I'll cast my vote for the brushed and polished version! One other difference between the models is the movement. I think only some have the precidrive movements, if that is a consideration.
Also,...
Another Smiths in the wild: the speedometer on the milk float in the Father Ted parody of Speed, in which Dougal has to keep his speed above 5mph otherwise the bomb will...

Don't know why it took me so long to get an orange watch since it's my favourite colour! Been a while since I've owned a Nomos of my own (missus has a rose Orion 33mm).
This is the 36mm version....

It looks like the spring bar has just popped out. You should be able to compress it and got it back into the little holes on the inside of the lugs. Think of trying to get a toilet roll tube into the...
I don't have anything in this style, but a simple Rolex explorer/oyster perpetual I think is the ultimate GADA watch. Maybe a datejust 16200 with smooth bezel and brushed bracelet if you need the...
Posted this in the watches in the sun thread, but fits here too!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210328/69be4d50b84b63fef1fd04c286068b09.jpg
