Lovely stuff! The colour of the dial and hands is beautiful.
Great aren't they! I love my '89 G10. Liked it so much I picked up a GS2000 too for the Luminova and date wheel.
Glad this turned out well for you after such a frustrating ride! It's looking absolutely tip-top in those photos.
Finally grabbed a black bezel from Meranom and popped it on my amphibia today, along with some new hands with improved lume. Really amazing the difference such a small change makes.

As small as possible for me so it doesn't get in the way! Pretty sure this one is a female model actually. I think it was about £10 from Decathalon, has a countdown timer for rest periods and has...
Crikey that is beautiful! Too big for my little wrists unfortunately but a lovely looking thing!
Crikey, this was a year ago now? Well, time whistles by and all that!
Ha ha, after reading that I gave it some thought actually! Not sure the luminova would survive the washing up bowl, but...
Well, on your advice I finally got around to trying a Eulit perlon on my Amphibia and I'm blown away by how comfy it is! Suits the diminutive 420 case down to the ground...

I'd buy one
I'll be sure to post in Mods & Wreckers once I get underway :smile-new:
So I went with a Style C matt black with the Miyota 8215. Really pleased with it...

Great photo, I never realised what a looker the 17C was until just now! Lovely watch and a very nice gesture.
Ah fantastic result. I'll have to add some of this stuff to the tool box. Nice work!
Had mine just over a year now and still absolutely chuffed with it. Looking down at that stonkingly nice dial and chunky case never gets old...

+1 on that, amazing value, I love mine to bits...

I'd be interested to see how you get on with the diamond paste DIY...I'd want to try this myself if I ever banged up one of my sapphire crystals. Good luck with it and let us know what results you...
I've also been really pleased with the Miyotas. Mine aren't quite as accurate as yours, running at +13 seconds per day and at +9 seconds per day, but they are both consistent and haven't varied at...
Cheers for the pics Ian, looks great on the perlon. I'm going to have to grab one of these now and stick a domed acrylic in it!
I think I'm liking this one...

...I especially like the simplicity of the bezel.
I'll have to remember that next time mine needs a battery change...cheers for the tip!
Back before I got 'into' watches (and started actually taking care of them!) my main working watch was a...
Caught in the rain with my GS2000 this afternoon. Have a great weekend everyone, whatever the weather!
I love a good pelican! Nice job. I think I'll have to be upgrading mine to a larger one soon.
Okay, you've convinced me. Off bezel shopping I go!
Ah you're a gent Ian! Thanks for the quick pics :smile-new:
Do you notice the extra heft of this bezel on your wrist? It's already quite a top heavy case I'm just not sure if this will push it...
