Beautiful picture. I've got to stop looking at these photos. At first I thought I would be able to delay my purchase until the new PRS-3 came out or maybe the CAF, but I find myself closer and...
I really love these watches and keep waiting to hear some kind of news about Eddie's reissue.
This one with my new Rios Juchten.

Just getting around to read this review. Thank you! Although I initially didn't like the look of the Speedy Pro, it grew on me, and now it's probably my favorite watch.
I really wish these Tough series Citizen watches were still available. Nothing else really seems to fit that same bill.
Using a knife case is a good idea...and affordable. However, I just use the cases that come with Eddie's watches. They are fairly small, very secure, and fit 2 watches for traveling.
Nice collection and photos. Thanks for sharing.
It's still Friday here...HAGWE

I'm seeing them everywhere around here in southern CT. And each time I see one I get excited only to realize the owner has no clue. It looks like they are 18mm NATOS...wish they were 20 so I could...
My condolences Eddie, I wish you and your family all the best.
Some of my watches (ie. PRS-18 and PRS-29a) look much better IMO with RAF style NATOs than the standard. I've been cutting the extra piece off and then using the blade of a hot knife to melt the...
PRS-18 for me.

I wonder if the clear backs will still be available for purchase in the future and how many of those are left?
I'm very interested in getting a 14, but it's so close to the 18 which I already own. Both have very similar dials, bezels, and no date. Can someone convince me why I should get a 14 and not just...
Let me clarify. The stereotype your comment perpetuated was that Jewish people do shady business and only help their own kind. Pardon me if I misread your intent.
:( WOW, that's annoying. Trying to catch up on what's happening at TF and having to ready thru anti-Semitic remarks. Very disappointing.
I’ll apologize in advance for my ignorance and newness as a WIS. Besides searching google for standard winding info, I was surprised I couldn’t find anything on TZ that discussed handwinding in...
I passed the loyalty test. After much deliberation I decided to forgo the "other brands" and try my first hand wound watch, a PRS-29A. I'm really excited to try it on and see if the size is right.
Some great comments and good suggestions. It felt awkward asking about other brands on Eddie's forum. I understand he's more lenient than most and that this board exists because of him. But now...
Over the past 6 months I have been very dedicated to Precista. Bought a PRS-18A just before they sold out, bought a SBIII last month, and will probably buy a PRS-10 or two for father's day (one for...
If the 14 had a date I probably would have gotten it. My PRS-18A very much satisfies the no date need. I love being able to change straps for different looks with the 18 and also really enjoying...
I just bought a black SBIII and was seriously thinking about a 39" also. But at a glance the dial looks very similar (I know they are totally different watches). Just in terms of having multiple...
Right! I have a green rhyno which is my only solid color (RAF styled) strap without the extra piece of fabric. It looks fantastic on the PRS-18. But is obviously a totally different feel than a...
I agree, I've found TF NATOs to be the best and I love supporting Eddie. And I think I prefer the RAF style strap...but he only has bond, bond variant, and speedbird RAF styles. I do have a 2...
+1
