Does anyone else feel increasingly UNCOMFORTABLE?.
You sit down in the evening, to catch up on what's new on the 'friendly' forum, and find that once again, a thread has
descended into yet...
Just for the same reason that Newsprint, and books are black letters on white, it's the easiest to read!.
Did you eat all the 'Coco Rocks' before it fell out of the box, or did you reach in and search for it first?
I have no knowledge of the brand, but would never buy something I couldn't pronounce!
Sounds like a sneeze.
I'm finding it hard to get my head around the fact, that certain members are openly declaring a liking for 'Toy' watches!
what's next?, the 'Hello Kitty' appreciation forum, Ben 10?
Perhaps I...
Count me in Rob, you were generous enough to gift me a 'Lumpy' bracelet here on the forum, so, I will send my
€10.00 to the S.P.A, this is an animal sanctuary charity local to us here in Brittany,...
I enjoyed this response in particular.......
Rolex is the best $300 watch that you will ever pay $8000 dollars for, lol.
They are good quality pieces for the most part, and I've picked up several over the years here in France.
Here's one I have at the moment.
...
This one today!

Sorry, can't help with the crown I'm afraid, can't give him a price either, until I know what size the bezel is, I may not have the right one!
If I have the size, just a small donation to Boxer...
Let me know the size of the plastic bezel on that Longines........I have a small collection of NOS bezels, which may be of use!
I have just completed this very same repair!. I sourced the crown and tube from a supplier here in France. They can supply 6.0mm and 6.5mm crowns
and tubes, as used by Yema, which are identical...
My good lady wouldn't notice, until the bank statement arrives that is!, then I would be out on my a**e!
At the risk of being lynched, a thousand times better looking than a Rolex!
That is one...
It"s actually 45mm across, x 48mm lug to lug and 18mm thick!!!!!!
And it just floated in the sink :)
I think so, certainly some sort of tough resin. Obviously the crown and screw tube are steel, and I believe it has a Lemania
automatic movement.
When I've seen them in the past, I imagined some...
Spotted a mixed lot of 'Junk' watches for parts on Ebay.
Looked a little closer on the poor photos, and something looked familiar!
Mixed in amongst some half decent Yema sous marines, some...
To the sellers credit, I sent a PM about the shortcomings of the 'Omega', and they have pulled it.
It seems they were unaware that it was a dud.
This one, on its 'new' modified watchworx bracelet!

Thanks again Rob!
Replying cos I don't want you to feel ignored!
It's a lovely watch, such a shame about the bezel, and I sympathise with your quest. I have searched my spares box and have nothing that
would do...
Yes Bucherer, Nautilus, Nivada, Holland Dive and I dare say other makers, all used this case with various bezels.
There is also a green PVD cased 'Holdive' version which is very unusual, very...
Cheers, it is a case shape I keep coming back to, heavy but comfortable and ergonomic, I've had and flipped the Mirexal, Camy, Ondex, Electra and currently
this one and the Le Forban.
Never seen...
No, me too!, not the best looking watch by them
I just Googled Nite GX40, and found some images, mostly dealer shots, apart from that
I've only had an MX20, which was great for the money!
