I've used them several times for servicing and repairs and they've been good. Very friendly and always seem genuinely interested. Their second-hand prices are pretty steep though.
Better late than never. I bought mine for my 38th. birthday nearly 6 years ago now.

http://www.moneydance.com is worth a look too. Support for UK banks is probably still quite limited but the software works well and there are versions for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Funny you should mention this strap. I ordered one a couple of weeks ago and it arrived today. Yep, the quality is not that great, but it's OK. It'd probably look best on a silver cased watch but...
Just to follow up on something tredders said about the Windows hosts file, if you've installed Spybot Search & Destroy as Seabadger suggested you will find that your hosts file contains many...
Hey, don't neglect to give Opera a try.
I quite like it, but the movement looks very similar to some other Chinese tourbillons that you can find for around $500 if you hunt around a bit.
I've been toying with the idea of getting a...

How do they do that? Do you mean the copies of genuine sites like eBay, Barclay's bank, etc?

I mean the genuine websites of legitimate companies, yes, although it's very rarely sites as...
Ah, I thought someone might ask me that. I am, of course, not going to post live links to such sites here because if people click on them in a browser with JavaScript enabled their computers will...
I tend to use Opera (with both JavaScript and Java (only mostly harmless in my opinion ) disabled) these days. It's easy to enable these as and when necessary. IE gets a look-in only...
Why not kill two birds with one stone and bring back the original drawings/plans and/or the pre-production example of Omega's first "broad arrow"
Actually, I think I'd bring back something...
Worst fears now confirmed, unfortunately :(
Robert Hansen (RSnake) made some interesting comments on his blog about this a few months ago following Privacy International's rather critical report. You can read about it HERE.
N.B. You may...
Those were the days. Since the implementation of our ever more draconian regime of restrictions, penalties, cameras and fines it's been suggested that, statistically at least, every driver will at...
This may not help much, if at all, but I thought you might be interested in this excerpt from Lt. Commander Weem's "Air Navigation" book:

Ha, funny you should mention that. I've been running a Sony MZ-R30 recording mini-disc walkman for about 8 or 9 years now and have been wondering about getting hold of some new blank discs. They...
How about a new motto for Safari for Windows:
"It works, just!"
Yep, it's certainly never truly dark in London. Even in the middle of the night the light polution from the city illuminates the sky very effectively. Or rather, it illuminates the smog!
I...
Pity, I missed it by several hours having only just read your post, but thought I'd have a quick play with the new camera and see what would come out for future reference. Pentax K110D with standard...
I'd recommend taking a look at PCLinuxOS
This is a Linux distribution based on Mandrake/Mandriva (my old favourite) and is probably the nicest I've ever tried. And I've tried a lot in my time! ...
Peter beat me to it and so has Eddie , but here's mine, if that helps:

There were three versions if I remember rightly. The "Ivory" as above,...
Definitely not. Go and have a lie down
Sorry, can't help with the GS crystal number (as I have no idea what a GS crystal number is :?) but, I'm wondering why you want to give the Record a "face lift". I think it looks wonderful exactly...
