Good to hear. That pair is also my favorite and holding on to them:angelic:.
But you can still hear/feel the rotor.
Same box/packaging as any other GS.:smile-new:
Do you like Titanium watches?
The Seiko Bright Titanium has similar sheen and surface texture to stainless steel, but it does tend to have a yellowish hue under certain ambient lights. While I...
The GS diver, SBGA029 in steel, is 44.2mm and weighs 215g which is a bit massive compared to the SBGE001 GMT (43.5mm, 177g).
I think for everyday wear comfort I would go with the SBGA031 diver in...
I can't believe you sold both of your GS divers:playful:
Still have the GMT and chrono?
Pretty much like any other Swiss watch, isn't it?:loyal:

This is a launch video from 2004, that details the manufacturing process of the Grand Seiko SBGA001/003, which were the first ever GS models to offer the Spring Drive movement:
...
Sure, Seiko. They also manufacture their own CNC machines and, manufacturing equipment.
I would be compelled to try its champagne dialed brother, the SBGA001.

Order it from the United States. Not only far better prices than Japan but directly from AD... Arizona Fine Time. Speak or email Mr. Joe Kirk and tell him I am sending you as a direct referral.
I had its titanium sibling, SBGA011, and can vouch for the goodness and simplicity of these models. At 41mm they are just about perfect, not too big nor small.
The SBGA001/003 are the oldest Spring...
Fixed for ya.

Glad to hear you like it. Customer service for Seiko and Citizen is typically very good and fortunately have never had any issues with their watches beyond needing a few extra bracelet links.
Yes it is a known issue and it appears to be common place on movements without a main time seconds hand.

Do you realize the scope of what the battery service involves on a Breitling watch?
http://www.breitling.com/en/service/
It is not just about swapping a dead battery but another host of service...
It only brings anxiety to me when I am not wearing the watch.
Sure thing. The E210 has 294 separate components. Not bad for a "Cheap" quartz, isn't it?
I like both. But keep in mind there is a huge price disparity between both watches so likely not a fair comparison. The Citizen can be had for USD 300, meanwhile the Omega is at least 4000 USD.
I had a 2100 "Panda dial" a while back and it is an amazing watch for the little money you pay. Did you know the Eco-Drive quartz movement caliber E210 in your 2100 has 11 jewels, hand assembled and...
For me, it would probably be my new Breitling Aerospace. Really like that watch.
37 to 43mm max....
Congrats and kudos to Seiko USA and AZFT of which I have been a very satisfied customer of theirs for many years.
My SBGE001 has had a total deviation of +0.07 seconds in 4 months since it was...
I like these a lot. Cheapest new Spring Drives in the entire range. You can get one new from Japan for around 2900 USD.
