Yes, most likely 'big invisible sky jelly creatures'.
Thanks, I'll have a read of that. Realise not your 5%, just that you quoted it (as does everyone else!).
Never really understood the difference between dark energy and dark matter - thought matter and energy were equivalent. For example, why is there no 'visible'/normal energy in your figure of 5%?
Who'd have thought the head of C of E was religious?
It's suggested positive energy (light, matter etc.) in the Universe is balanced by the negative energy of gravity.

It’s not expanding into it, it’s just expanding.
You initially said the chance of life existing elsewhere now is slim. Not intelligent life.
Life on Earth has existed for ~quarter age of Universe. If similar elsewhere I'd say that the chance of life existing elsewhere now is not slim. Don't disagree with rest of post.
Don’t think it was significantly accelerated by sunlight, entered solar system at high speed.
Doesn't explain why they spend such short time here, are their investigations that quick?
Also, by what mechanism can they decelerate from near light speeds to more normal speeds?
Not everything can be engineered. Think of the difficulty of an Earth laser hitting a nano-sized object millions of miles away. Plus the Earth is spinning, cloud cover, danger to aircraft etc.
He's waving!
You've just made stuff up and claim it's waiting to be discovered. No evidence at all for this.
I don’t think with the internet and sharing of information we have today that new military aircraft will go so unnoticed and undiscussed nowadays.
