Ok, ok - not a good watch shot but, for me, the dog is the star of the show anyway. HAGWEE

Thanks for that - a good review of the various styles of Tuna. I've had several but have always sold them on, despite their considerable strengths. I had one of the newer sapphire models from Sept...

Another vote for this route - I had one on a Fiat 124 Special T (four seat saloon) in the summer of 1976 and I remember it with great fondness. Easy to open and close from inside, almost as much sun...
For £60 or £100 I'd fight it but for £10 I'd move on. It's not right but the sum is pretty trivial and, for me, life's too short to worry about the price of a couple of pints.

That plate is brilliant Alex!
When I lived in Pinner there were loads of urban foxes around - I certainly didn't hear of any cats being attacked/killed. I have a friend who has five cats and an unkempt garden that attracts foxes...

Just watched Persian Lessons - on BBC4 so it should be on iPlayer. A Holocaust film but with an intriguing plot line. Involving and moving.
I knew that at one time it was (theoretically at least) be possible to lose your driving license if caught riding a bike when over the drink/drive limit. It now looks like the same applies in...
I've got a Vax Platinum and it's pretty good on carpets. It comes with a small upholstery sized attachment so could prove useful.

Wow - they both look great.Really looking forward to how they develop.
Another vote for the Chromebook suggestion - for your intended use, they are ideal. I didn't realise they come in 17 inch but there are a few. At a penny short of £350, this one is well under budget...
A five for me today - at first I thought row four was a waste as a result of a moment's inattention but it actually proved quite useful

I don't like the 'Willard' case at all - the crown guard is a definite 'no' for me. As to the WISness, it could be argued that art was simply imitating life because the watches were, apparently, a...
This is probably my 'least likely to be spotted on another's wrist' and I think GS is suitably WIS https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220424/24692a234ede6aae46a97f882df1a307.jpg

Nor did I - until I started dividing my time and CD collection between two counties. I had Amazon Prime and thought the Echo Studio would provide music in one house whilst a CD system would take care...
